Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award Expedition – New Forest (28-29 September 2013)
The students had to plan their own two day Expedition, camping out overnight in The New Forest. Over the weekend the average student walked around 30km carrying everything necessary for the duration of the Expedition. Throughout, the pupils also carried out an objective of their choice and presented it to their peers on completion. Every single student that completed the weekend should be extremely proud of their achievements. They are now all busy trying to complete their Bronze Award with many hoping to take on the challenge of the Duke of Edinburgh Silver Award next year. Well done to all those that took part and good luck in the future.
